I'm quite surprised that this balcony looks almost identical to most of the larger RC in the last 10 years. Almost indestinguishable. I would have expected a bit more. I guess keeping the rooms the same keeps costs down.

I wish they wouldnt sell adjoining cabins to single cabin parties. Whenever im looking for adjoining rooms they are impossible to find both cabins because people buy them, but not the other room.

As in Costa Maya last week transport tram never came back to ships. Alot of people with mobility issues ended up not going to port. They need to get a better system then i lonely tram

Costa Maya, the biggest joke of the Caribbean. That cruise stop is the most overrated port in the cruising industry.Terrible beach, disastrous food ,overall a horrible experience.

SS Normandie caught fire in NY while being converted to a Troup ship. She couldn't be saved so she was scrapped. Still today, The Normandie is considered the most beautiful liner ever built.

looks like it severely restricts side-to-side vison as on the standard balcony and not sure the extra space is useable!

do they have power outlets by the bed? A serious omission on Kelly Hoppen designed earlier ships!

I would not like the motion detection lights on the floor. I had to get the sensor covered on other ships. I don’t need to be startled awake in the middle of the night. There’s enough light coming in from other areas for me to see where I’m going.

It’s beautiful! I don’t think you can compare the cruise line private islands apples to oranges though. Yes there’s a more to do at coco cay than say ocean cay. But not everyone has $200 extra to enjoy the water park. When you strip way the stuff that costs extra, MSC’s private island could be a better experience for a low income cruise such as myself who can’t afford the extras. Sometimes being around activities you can’t afford to try and watching everyone else have fun is more of a bummer than anything else. So i prefer to go to islands in my price range. But one day when i hit lotto I’m sure I’ll be into coco cay the most as well like all the other 1%ers 😂
